Submissions for the Niagara Music Awards still open

The 3rd annual Niagara Music Awards are fast approaching. With 28 different categories, every Niagara artist is encouraged to complete a submission and share their talent. With the opportunity to take home an award and be named “the best in Niagara”, all participating artists will also be invited to join the judges while they preview all submissions and make their decision on who will be the 2010 NMA nominees.
The NMA Judging Party will take place at Boston Pizza in Welland on May 30th starting at 12:00 noon. This event is open to all musicians, sponsors, media and anyone who wants to come out and do some networking. All nominees will be announced at the end of the event.
The 2010 Judges are all from outside the Niagara Region and each will represent a company from within the Canadian music scene. Although their identities cannot be announced until the event, a lot of emphasis is being put into the selection of this year’s panels, with the intention of bringing many opportunities to our Niagara Musicians.
